At Apply Digital, we acknowledge that every step taken towards a more diverse, inclusive company culture is part of a larger, ongoing journey. Each step reveals new perspectives, deeper respect for one another, and unexplored potential for the digital solutions we create.
It’s a necessary journey we’re committed to, even if it isn’t easy or comfortable. After significant company growth, we realized we needed to create more structure around how we advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Wherever we work in the world, we envision Apply Digital as a safe, empowered, respectful and equitable place for people, every single day. We have no tolerance for racism, prejudice, marginalization, or repression.
Together, we work to embody our SHAPE (smart, humble, active, positive, and excellent) values and make diversity, equity and inclusion a collective and actionable effort across Apply Digital and our partners and clients.
What we currently do
Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Groups are run by team members from a wide spectrum of backgrounds who help shape our company and cultural policies.
Our regular all-team meetings bring us together to celebrate global and regional holidays and inclusion events.
Our regions are home to numerous peer-run groups such as social and support groups for team members, including women, parents, accessibility, and allyship, among others.
We talk about regionalized differences at the global and regional levels to stimulate conversation and bring awareness to our global team.
We offer educational training to everyone, including cultural communication and accessibility.
Digital accessibility
At Apply Digital, we recognize the importance of web accessibility and its impact on creating inclusive digital experiences. We are committed to continuously working towards improving accessibility in our practice to ensure that our digital experiences are more accessible and inclusive for all users.
While we strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA standards, we acknowledge that achieving full compliance may be an iterative process. We are dedicated to making reasonable accommodations and ensuring that our digital experiences are accessible to as many users as possible.
Next steps
We acknowledge we have a journey ahead of us that includes leveraging more data to establish a baseline, and work in alignment towards our DEI goals. DEI is a core part of people and culture strategy — here's what we’re working on next:
We are leveraging our Employee Equity data to increase our understanding of our demographics and inform our path forward.
Our DEI Advisory Groups are working in partnership with leadership to address the findings from the data collection initiative and set DEI goals and areas of commitment.
